Boy Meets Girl

Awhile ago I recommended I Kissed Dating Goodbye. Thankfully, the author did not leave us wondering where to go after having the right perspective of singleness. He went on to write Boy Meets Girl: Say Hello to Courtship, a year after he married. The back cover explains it best: "Boy meets girl. Now what? What comes between 'How do you do?' and 'I do'? How do you find a lifetime partner in a way that's God-centered, not self-centered? Boy Meets Girl is an honest, romantic, and refreshingly biblical look at relationships. It's about dating with a purpose. About friendship plus possibility. About romance chaperoned by wisdom."

Handmaidens of the Lord

Probably one of the top ten most helpful books for young ladies available today. Handmaidens of the Lord is a short book with articles written by several young ladies compiled by Crystal Paine of Biblical Womanhood. It is about being the daughter, sister, and most importantly, daughter of God that God called you to be by developing a Godly servant's heart. The words of advice and encouragement will help any lady realize where God wants her to be and wants her to do.
